Our concierge service is here to greet you on arrival & to ensure that your overall experience will be comfortable.

Enjoy wine on arrival, luxury bed linen, blankets, pillows, towels, robes, slippers and other luxe toiletries are provided. Vue also includes an electric vehicle charger, washing machine, dryer, TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, indoor fireplace, unlimited wifi, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, bathtub, heated private pool and access to kayaks.

Yes, there is a private 2-car garage accessible on the ground floor, plus free street parking.

Yes, we provide unlimited complimentary wifi for the duration of your stay. The network name and password will be provided at check-in.

• Cancellations with MORE THAN 90 days notice prior to your arrival is fully refundable
• Cancellations BETWEEN 30 – 90 days notice prior to your arrival date incurs a 50% cancellation fee based on your booking total
• Cancellations WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee of your booking total
• Written cancellation notification must be provided in all circumstances
• In the event Vue Nelson Bay must cancel your accommodation for circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be made. However, Vue Nelson Bay will not be held liable for any further costs incurred

Yes. Vue is only a couple of minutes drive to Nelson Bay’s vibrant town centre and waterfront marina. Immerse yourself in the stunning surrounds of Bagnalls Beach and just a few hundred metres is the family favourite Dutchies Beach. Relax and unwind in the large alfresco entertaining areas or enjoy some of the area’s best restaurants, shops and local marina, just minutes from your door.

The pool is heated to 32 degrees in cooler months, and 28 degrees in warmer months.

Additional guests are allowed at the property for short visits, if there has been prior written consent from Vue Nelson Bay.

We have a strict policy in relation to ‘visitors’ staying over at the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

• Sofa bed (children only): $100 per booking per night, which includes towels and linen. 
• Upon application and approval, pets are welcome to join you when you book a stay at Vue One. An additional charge will be added to your booking of $60 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 small/medium dogs. Fines apply if you do not submit your pet for approval prior to your booking.
• Vue accommodates 10 adults across 4 bedrooms. There is a sofa lounge that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12 if you request additional guests as part of your booking. Maximum of 2 additional guests. Costs per guest is $100 per person, per night.
• Platter and grazing boards, BBQ packs, picnics, and breakfast boxes can be added when you complete your Guest Agreement. Additional costs may apply.

• Vue Nelson Bay is suitable for groups over the age of 30 years old, or groups of families.
• We have a strict NO NOISE policy. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
• Pool hours are strictly 8am to 9pm only.

• Parties, functions, weddings, wedding related parties, graduates, schoolies/teenager bookings are not accepted. Vue Nelson Bay maintains the right to terminate your stay, if you are found to be hosting any of these events during your stay.
